DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME
FEONNE KOO is working without any stock and every piece is made-to-order ( except Ready-To-Ship items ). When the payment is made, please allow a 7-14 working days for the making and delivery of your item once purchased. This can differ depending on order demand at the time.
READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS
In ‘Ready-To-Ship’ page, all items are ready stock and will be shipped on the next working day once payment is made.
SHIPPING
Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service, you will received email notification of your order confirmation as well as tracking information and a dispatch email once your item is on its way to you. FEONNE KOO is not responsible for any delays with packages once sent, or items that may get lost in the post once sent that are out of our control.
WHERE CAN I CHECK MY ORDER TRACKING NUMBER?
Once we have shipped out your order, we will make an update on your online order, at the same time an email notification (please check both Inbox / Junk) will be sent to you in regards. Manually, view and track your order tracking number.

West Malaysia ( J&T / ABX / POSLAJU ) – RM10.00
East Malaysia ( J&T / ABX / POSLAJU ) – RM20.00
* FREE SHIPPING within Malaysia for orders over RM500
Singapore ( SF Express ) – RM60.00
Rest Of The World ( SF Express ) – RM150.00
