RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND
All items sold / reserved / confirmed are generally not exchangeable or refundable. Possibility of slight discrepancies in the colors due to different monitor resolutions. Items can only be exchanged if the wrong item is delivered, and the exchange of the products will only be accepted if the products ordered and returned in perfect condition: with Original Tags, Not Used or Damaged. We regret that we do not accept exchanges due to wrong size chosen.
All exchange requests (if needed) are to be made within 5 days from the day it is received. No exchange will be made after the time frame given.
The products are returned at your own cost. However, for returns of defective items, postage will be reimbursed.
No Refund, No Return, No Exchange for all Sales items. We will ensure the said products are in good condition before posting out.
